I was dubious about how popular Deadpool had become, how many issues the character appeared in, that his essential “poolness” would be watered down. I shouldn’t have worried. If you enjoy a bit of a dalliance in Lycra and can suspend disbelief (a LOT of disbelief, we’re talking zombie dinosaurs, T rex no less) then this is very entertaining. The highly endowed pneumatic sidekick brings a foil to Deadpool’s idiocy and perhaps a touch of sugar. Strangers have the best candy. -Bretzke
