Comic Review: Hack/Slash #27, “Foes and Fortunes Part 2″.

This title is coming dangerously close to the drop list.  What started (in part 1) as a decent story falls away into predictable horror cliche.  While this was the central premise of the comic previously, this time it doesn’t work.  This isn’t “bad movie night” bad, its just sloppy and uncrafted.  Changing the artist in #28 may improve things, though in honesty blaming Bryan Baugh isn’t fair.  This is about the writing.  One more chance! -Bretzke
