For anyone following Invincible Iron Man, this story does not fit within that current continuity. The origin story for Whiplash works but why did they have to get the lawyers involved?! For anyone after a good Iron Man story, this may not be exactly good but its a story that involves fighting and suits of powered armor without a single lobotomy in sight.
